Sustainable Building Solutions is an Arizona company that provides builders and developers with commercial and residential building systems that meet various environmental and sustainable development criteria.  The company focuses on insulated concrete panel construction, geothermal and solar energy and gray water treatment systems.

Agency Mission

To assist the owners of the company in their strategic planning, promotions, packaging of its products and services, establishment of dealer networks, licensing and intellectual property considerations.

Strategic Planning

The group, which is a for-profit offshoot of Sustainable Arizona, turned to us for business planning, projections, development of revenue streams, branding assistance and sales and marketing support.

Segmentation and Promotions

We assisted the company in identifying prospective clients, build the necessary data management system and designed sales and marketing collateral for direct mail, trade shows and personal representation.

Packaging

The company, while capable of many sustainable building approaches, required help in packaging their products and services into turnkey solutions that were attractive to builders.

Recruiting

The company desires a national sales network, and has turned to us to help them design and implement a recruiting program.

Licensing and IP

A number of the systems the company uses require licensing agreements, which we are helping them to establish.  The company also has a number of intellectual property patents that we are helping them compile and file.

Result

The company is still in its infancy, and is currently building out its first plant, and have plans for three additional regional operations.  The owners are confident that the program that has been developed will be implemented in the next six months.
